With its third edition—the second in its new location at the Ultra Brag facility—VOLTAshow consolidated its reputation as the alternative scene for cutting-edge art during Basel’s art week.
Continuing the original concept of reaching beyond a marketplace atmosphere and creating an event that is even more exhibition than just an art fair, for the third edition of VOLTAshow -- this past June and positioned right between the openings of the Venice Biennale and Documenta 12 -- we instituted a Curatorial Board, which helped us securing the independence of the choices.
