Raul Ciosici

Born 1979 in Lugoj, Romania


Raul Ciosici’s artistic endeavour is spiritual. He meditates; he does not smoke nor drink and thinks that art can still be a way of philosophic inquiries. He was born in Romania, but he has lived most of his life in Germany. He’s doing painting and photography thinking that both mediums can be used as a tool to achieve an inner balance he strives to achieve through his art. He is one of the most promising young artists that had their first solo show in 2006 in Romania.
