Lives and works in Israel

Angelika Sher received a photography degree at College of Photography and Bezalel Academy of Art and Design in Israel. Starting from 2007 she already had 5 solo shows and participated in more than 14^th group exhibitions including 1^st Israel Festival of Photography 2009, Animanix Biennale 2009-2010 in Shanghai and Beijing, Haifa International Mediterranean Biennale of Contemporary art 2010 and Sony WPA Tour around the world. In 2009 Angelika won the 3^rd place award at the Sony World Photo Awards Professional in the nomination Fine Art – Conceptual and Constructed. At VOLTA6 Pobeda gallery will be presenting the “Twilight Sleep” series of Angelika Sher.
