Douglas Kolk

Born 1963 in Newark, USA

 

Douglas Kolk was recently included in “USA Today” at the Royal Academy of Arts, London. His work is in the collection of the Saatchi Gallery, London; galerie du jours agnes b., Paris; Museum Freider Burda, Baden Baden; and The Museum of Modern Art, New York. He has had solo shows at the Kunststleerverein Malkastan, Düsseldorf; David Zwirner Gallery, New York; Stephen Freidman Gallery, London; Arndt & Partner, Berlin and Zurich; and will be having his first solo show with Fredericks & Freiser in October 2007. “Douglas Kolk”, a monograph on t5he artist’s work, was published by Hatje Cantz in 2006.
