In the gallery space located in a backyard of the Brunnenstrasse in Berlin Mitte, visitors are able to enjoy exhibitions showing mainly three-dimensional artwork and painting. The material used for the objects and sculptures varies from bronze, artificial marble and polyurethane, to do-it-yourself-store utensils and old furniture.
Providing an intimate space for presenting contemporary sculpture and installation art will remain the central goal of the gallery.
Birgit Ostermeier, the former director of the artist space Diskus will continue to present the work of a selction of the artists who founded the gallery Diskus, while also showing other contemporary tendencies in international sculpture, installation art and painting.
