Fred is the contemporary Art Gallery of Fred Mann. After 10 years in the artworld, Fred has his first solo gallery project.
Our programme consists exclusively of solo monograph exhibitions by 16 represented international artists. The gallery exhibits works in a variety of mediums including, painting, drawing, sculpture, photography and film.
In September 2006, Fred will launch a project space in Leipzig. This follows being awarded a prize by Gerd Harry [Judy] Lubke of Eigen + Art. The gallery will have a project space in the Leipzig Spinnerei for one year. This space will be a place to both augment and develop our exhibition programme.
We have selected to exhibit four of our gallery artists for individual solo presentations at Volta 02.
Each show will be on display for one day only.

All the works on display at VOLTA 02 preview the gallery’s autumn season that includes solo shows at the gallery by Mark Fairnington [September], Simon English [October] and Matthew Lauder [January], Cathy De Monchaux has a solo exhibition in Toulouse and a solo show at Fred London/Leipzig in Spring 2007.
