Roesler Hotel

Presents: Cristina Canale, Cao Guimarães

Roesler Hotel is a one-year-old project hosted inside Galeria Nara Roesler that aims to the creation of a convergence point for the new global nomads, the artists that come and go. Responding to a borderless environment Roesler Hotel intends to be a permanent communication channel linking our artistic scene to the active contemporary art institutions from all over the world. Every three months, an artist or more is invited to occupy a space at Galeria Nara Roesler. The first edition of the project featured two young Latin artists: Martin Sastre from Uruguay and Miguel Ángel Tornero, from Spain. The second edition brought a Canadian artist, Susan Turcot. On its third edition, the Hotel brought Xawery Wolski, an artist from Poland. Now, Roesler Hotel is presenting its forth edition with the works by Dino Bruzzone, from Argentina. Considering the nomadic character of the project it is natural that it leaps forward into the environment of art fairs, hosting artists that can make a statement independently of their nationalities.
